Rent Collection

We carefully and systematically monitor on time payments using electronic tools. In case of delinquencies we immediately engage with tenants to work to resolve payment issues quickly.


​We have our third party vendors maintenance division that handles the vast majority of maintenance tasks. That way we can guarantee value and performance. We have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for emergency repairs.


We conduct thorough inspections throughout the tenancy so that there are no surprises when a tenant moves out. Inspections are done by our property managers and there is a detailed electronic report with detailed pictures and descriptions.


Your Property Manager is continuously engaged with the tenants, answers questions and provides advice. This includes reminding tenants of lease rules and managing enforcement if necessary. The Team also helps set up utility accounts and monitors utility payments.
